About the Opportunity
Seeking a lawyer with 3 or more years of experience to join the IP Disputes team. The candidate should have relevant patent litigation experience along with the ability to manage significant cases. In addition, the candidate should have a technical degree with a strong preference for an Electrical Engineering degree.
Key Requirements:
- Admitted and in good standing with the Texas State Bar and USPTO.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property disputes with a strong focus on patent litigation.
- Technical degree required, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering; additional technical expertise in telecommunications, electronics, and Internet technologies is highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage significant cases, including strategy development and client communication.
