Day to Day
• Monitor and identify potential risks, such as arrears, unpaid assets and assets at risk
• Communicate risk signals to all internal stakeholders
• Initiate immediate remedial actions to minimize risk
• Handle all day-to-day questions and requests from customers
• Monitor all transactions in portfolio
• Monitor customer satisfaction and document and pass on feedback to appropriate people or
departments
• Analyze customer needs for additional products and services, identify sales opportunities and
prepare recommendations
• Pro-actively inform customers about appropriate additional services and products
• Manage all customers and contracts according to relevant policies, conditions and agreements
• Identify recurring issues regarding processes, procedures, documents and tooling
• Come up with feasible ideas for improvement and implement improvements
• Interact effectively with customers and vendors

Applicable pay range
$65,262.00 - $97,894.00
Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
