We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, conducting outbound outreach and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to close — all from our office.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular phone & digital communication.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide technical information and explain features to potential clients.
  • Conversion Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • CRM Management: Keep all customer interaction records and sales data accurate and up-to-date in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and outside sales teams to identify new market opportunities and refine sales strategies. 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound call centers, or customer service (preferred but entry-level may apply).
  • Education: High school diploma / GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to learn and master our systems including CRM, CAD etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite helpful.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
