Patten Title Company is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to retain and maximize business from current clients and generate new business with prospects by using our leads dashboard and CRM.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Contacting all recently closed files.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales representatives for further development.
- Continuously refine, improve and grow the inside sales process.
Please Note: This position is open to applicants located in the state of Texas, with a preference for candidates in the Houston or Austin areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
- Superior knowledge of inside sales and how to take maximize lead sources.
- Excellent written and verbal language skills.
- Skilled and experienced in making several phone calls a day.
- Ability to overcome objections.
