Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for supporting the development, design, and implementation of content that supports industry initiatives across Bray. The role is solutions-focused to drive technical guidance and create Case Studies, White Papers, Industry Brochures, Application Guides, Industry Training tools, etc. for print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering, sales or marketing.  Experience developing technical content for similar industries is a plus but not required.  The candidate will need to be comfortable working closely with industry managers, product managers, marketing managers and SMEs. Experience with valves and actuators, industrial process control and SEO is a plus. Additional responsibilities include working with the design team to develop standardized template designs and executing designs across all content formats, platforms, channels, regions, and languages and working with translation providers, regional marketing coordinators and other stakeholders to convert new and existing content into approved formats for global distribution. This candidate will also be responsible for assisting with ongoing collateral updates.

Job Duties:

  • Establish and drive Industry strategy
  • Work with Marketing, Product Management, Industry Leaders, and other SMEs to develop Case Studies, White Papers, Industry Brochures, Applications Guides, and other solutions-focused marketing content.
  • Responsible for creating
  • Work with MARCOM teams to publish industry application content in alignment with Brand Standards and templates.
  • Compile appropriate application details to create Industry collateral with graphic designers.
  • Multi-task and prioritize projects and daily tasks to meet deadlines including formal review processes with project stakeholders.
  • Assist with ongoing updates and maintenance of SEO and websites updates based on the industry pages.
  • Responsible for creation of messaging for digital marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing, engineering or sales experience within Industrial Valves or Process Control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with industry-based marketing tools
  • Ability to implement brand standards across multiple languages, platforms, and channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with photo/video, copywriting, branding, web design, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Technical background with the ability to read engineering drawings is a plus.
