Industrial Construction Manager

Travel: High travel across Gulf Coast sites
• Focus on field execution, contractor coordination, and installation of processing equipment
• Work performed in active plant and industrial environments
• Not traditional vertical construction, strong industrial and mechanical experience required
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and on site trades
• Oversee installation of processing and mechanical equipment
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance
• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues in real time
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental standards
• Provide progress updates to project leadership and PMO
• Support commissioning, startup, and project closeout
• Strong field based construction management background
• Experience with processing equipment installation
• Proven contractor and vendor coordination experience
• Comfortable working in active plant or industrial environments
• Willingness to travel extensively across Texas and Louisiana
• Rail or terminal facility projects
• Mechanical systems and process piping
• Plant expansions, upgrades, or turnarounds
• Experience with Procore or MS Project
