We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Paralegal to support a growing legal practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple case types, and is confident working directly with attorneys and clients.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on immigration case experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to move cases forward efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions and applications, including:

Family-based petitions (I-130, I-485)

Employment-based petitions (H-1B, PERM, etc.)

Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, and Naturalization (N-400)

Draft legal documents, forms, and supporting letters

Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates

Maintain accurate and organized case files (digital and physical)

Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with USCIS and other agencies
-
Assist attorneys with case strategy, research, and documentation

Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and follow up on case statuses
Qualifications

2+ years of immigration paralegal experience (REQUIRED)

Strong knowledge of USCIS forms, processes, and timelines

Experience handling both family-based and employment-based cases preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Experience in a small to mid-sized law firm environment
