The Human Resources Support Specialist is responsible for assisting in benefits administration, payroll processing, credit card expense tracking, and other duties as assigned.

Human Resources & Payroll Support


Health/Dental/etc. Insurance Benefits Management

  • Provide eligible employees with information on insurance options upon qualifying events.
  • Transmit information on employee selections to broker and carriers.
  • Serve as point of contact for Insurance support.
  • Facilitate annual Open Enrollment.

401K Benefits Management

  • Determine employee eligibility on quarterly (rolling) basis.
  • Reach out to employees to communicate enrollment options.
  • Process enrollment and deductions.
  • Collect and process signed enrollment documentation.
  • Complete 401K Annual Report in conjunction with the Director of Finance.
  • Serve as point of contact for Mutual of America support.
  • Reconcile and import 401K data into Finance software.

Payroll

  • Bi-weekly review of payroll reports to verify deductions
  • Process garnishment payments
  • Process 401K payments
  • Pull, archive and save weekly payroll reports
  • Prepare Payroll Related Audit Schedules
  • Transfer Data into Finance Software for each Payroll Run
  • Serve as point of contact for iSolved Customer Support
  • Audit Payroll Expense Quarterly

Additional Duties: Communications, Credit Cards, etc.

  • Monitor Finance inbox and coordinate with appropriate team member accordingly.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card activity.
  • Other duties as assigned
