Human Resources Assistant

FCCU is currently seeking an HR Assistant for our main office in Copperfield (NW Houston). Responsibilities will include supporting a wide range of HR functions including recruiting, benefit administration and payroll. Ensures that credit union personnel are well informed of HR policies and programs. Provides assistance for benefits and payroll, development programs and other HR initiatives. Performs office clerical functions and assists the department as necessary. Ensures that all HR functions are uniformly applied and operate within laws, policies and guidelines established. Maintains strict discretion at the use and storage of all confidential information. Also responsible for preparation of new hires, as well as onboarding and offboarding tasks.

Will also assist with answering HR related questions from staff via ticketing system/email and following up as needed.
