We are looking for a skilled HR Payroll Administrator to manage all tasks related to payroll processing.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Maintain confidentiality on all matters related to the position and the organization
  • Processing payroll for Technicians, hourly, Salary and commissioned employees through CDK Payroll Plus
  • Manages new hire on-boarding, and new hire access needed
  • Maintain accurate employee files and records
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll
  • Performs a wide variety of payroll processing activities, including processing requests, data entry, payroll adjustments and processing terminations
  • Entering employee information and payroll data into HR system
  • Responsible for ensuring company meets all state and federal regulations regarding employment
  • Responsible for all employee benefits: including enrollment, answering questions, resolving problems, and communicating information to employees, along with payment to insurance providers
  • Answers general questions regarding employee records and status
  • Balance and post daily deposit.
  • Inventory and record keeping on company shirts
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements and Experience

  • Prior experience in Human Resources or Payroll is required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
