 POSITION OVERVIEW  

Hearthstone & Co. is actively placing per diem Registered Nurses at skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, behavioral health centers, and specialty clinics across Greater Houston. No minimum hours. Complete schedule flexibility. SNF RN rates $38–$45/hr, Hospital Med-Surg $43–$50/hr, ICU/ER $46–$58/hr. All W-2 with weekly pay.

 RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and Texas nursing standards

• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, document per facility standards

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care team and facility leadership

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and facility-specific protocols

• Uphold professional nursing standards and Hearthstone credentialing requirements

 REQUIREMENTS  

• Active, unencumbered Texas RN license (or Nurse Licensure Compact license)

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (specialty-dependent)

• Current BLS; ACLS required for critical care, ED, and procedural settings

• Clean 10-panel drug screen and background check

• Current immunization records (Hep B, TB, MMR, Varicella, Influenza)

• I-9 employment authorization
