Heat Press Operator/ Warehouse Support

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced production environment as a Heat Press Operator / Warehouse Support Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with their hands, following production guidelines, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring products are completed accurately, efficiently, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heat press machines to apply designs, logos, or transfers to garments and materials
• Follow production instructions and quality standards for each order
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects
• Assist with warehouse duties including:
  • Packing and labeling orders
  • Sorting and organizing inventory
  • Preparing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing preferred
• Experience with heat press or similar equipment is a plus (training available)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are REQUIRED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in apparel production or print/press environments
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling
• Comfortable working with production equipment and meeting quotas
