Texas General Manager – Houston, TX

Windows and Doors Repair LLC is expanding rapidly across Texas, and we are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our Houston operations and support our growth in the property management and commercial maintenance sector.

About the Role

We are seeking a strong leader with deep experience in B2B services, property management, commercial maintenance, or facility services. The ideal candidate understands how to build relationships with property managers, oversee operations, and help scale a growing service company.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Native English speaker
• Based in Houston, Texas
• Age range: 35–50 preferred
• 8–15 years of experience in B2B service industries
• Background in:
  • Commercial maintenance
  • Property management
  • Facility services
  • Repair/service operations
• Strong understanding of the property management industry
• Existing network of property managers and commercial clients is highly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with property management companies and commercial clients
• Manage daily operations and field coordination
• Oversee customer satisfaction and service quality
• Help expand company presence across Houston and Texas
• Support business development and long-term growth strategy
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure efficient service delivery
