Mission:

In this role, you will analyze and monitor the Company's expenses to ensure that they are complying with internal policies and procedures. Additionally, he will be responsible for coding and properly recording supplier invoices paid via bank transfer.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and development of information for filing returns to the IRS

• Preparation and uploading forms 1099 MISC & NEC into the IRS system

• Validation of forms W9 VS IRS system

• Classification of Suppliers

• Printing and distribution of documents for tax returns to Barri Agents

• Tracking Agent Claims for commission payment via QuickBase

• Reconcile and Record banking and operational transactions according to the Company's policies and procedures.

• Accounting Coding of Invoices and Application of payments in accounts payable system.

• Analyze and monitor expenses in accounting systems.

• Analyze and Financial Reporting according to Management needs.

• Of the supplier invoices, carry out the Accounting Coding assigning the accounts and corresponding cost centers for each one. Carry out the payment application in the accounts payable system.

• Analyze and monitor expenses in the accounting systems (Vanguard and Great Plains) to identify non-recurring expenses and proceed to question their veracity as well as identify missing recurring expenses and ensure that the record is made either with an invoice or provision.

• Ensure that Vanguard and Great Plains correction accounting item records are made for accounting policies erroneously entered by stores.

• Reconciliation of Sales Operations carried out by BMS registered in HLC, detect and promptly notify the necessary correction records.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments while meeting deadlines.

 Very good problem solving skills and an ability to work within the company to influence behaviors to support our customers.

 A self-starter, with excellent time management and organizational skill required.

 Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

 Ability to work well independently in a team environment.

 Ability to work with all levels within the organization required.

 Good verbal and written professional communication.

 Ability to work under pressure and delivery of requirements on specific due date

Required and Preferred Experience and Education Requirements

• Relevant accounting work experience

• Fluent English and Spanish 

• High School Diploma or GE
