Full Time Caregiver Floater Day/Night

NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME LEAD CAREGIVER / FLOATER
Seeking a dependable, experienced caregiver with flexible availability to cover shifts and support clients throughout our service area.

Responsibilities:

• Cover weekday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts within assigned availability.

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.

• Support clients with dementia and assist with transfers using approved equipment.

• Introduce new caregivers to clients and demonstrate care-plan tasks.

• Report changes, document care, and communicate promptly with the office.

Require at least two years of hands-on caregiving experience, reliable transportation, current TB screening, clean background, strong attendance, and the ability to follow each client’s care plan. Follow tasks within Impact’s services that the employee is trained and authorized to perform
