About the Role
We are seeking aâ¯Full-Cycle Recruiterâ¯to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, supporting corporate-level hiring across both professional and technical disciplines. This role requires a recruiter who can balance strategic foresight with tactical execution—someone who not only fills roles efficiently but also strengthens our talent pipeline and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance, for corporate and technical functions (e.g., Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Engineering).
- Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to define position requirements, success profiles, and recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter outreach, referrals, and market engagement.
- Execute data-driven recruiting tactics usingâ¯UKG (UltiPro) Recruiterâ¯for requisition management, candidate tracking, and workflow optimization.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through consistent communication, transparency, and follow-through.
- Provide market insights, compensation trends, and competitor intelligence to inform recruiting strategy and organizational planning.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment marketing initiatives that enhance hiring efficiency and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate or technical environment, preferably in energy, engineering, or infrastructure industries.
- Advanced proficiency withâ¯LinkedIn Recruiterâ¯andâ¯UKG UltiPro Recruiterâ¯(required).
- Proven ability to engage both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
