Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Front-End Web & Graphic Designer to support the development of web interfaces and visual assets across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining user-friendly web experiences while producing high-quality marketing and operational materials using Adobe Creative Suite.

The ideal candidate combines front-end development expertise with strong visual design skills, ensuring consistency in branding, usability, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end web interfaces

· Collaborate with internal teams to translate business and marketing needs into functional designs

· Create and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and UI components

· Develop visually engaging assets for digital and print (flyers, brochures, presentations, internal materials)

· Ensure consistency with company branding across all platforms

· Optimize web applications for speed, usability, and cross-browser compatibility

· Work with developers and IT to integrate front-end components with backend systems

· Edit and produce graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

· Maintain and update existing websites and digital assets

· Support ongoing branding, marketing, and internal communication initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

· Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Experience designing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces

· Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices

· Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and graphic design work

Preferred:

· Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

· Familiarity with basic backend integration or APIs

· Experience working in healthcare or multi-location organizations

· Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization
