In addition to our retail growth, Antone’s operates quick-service restaurant locations in Houston that continue to be beloved by generations of locals.Position Summary Antone’s is seeking a Foodservice Sales Manager to lead and grow our foodservice sales across the Houston and Gulf Coast region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key foodservice channels. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand foodservice sales within the Houston and Gulf Coast markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, operators, and key accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, hospitality, and institutional accounts
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, leadership) to support growth initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong knowledge of foodservice operations and distribution channels
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in business planning and strategic sales execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
Ability to travel within the Houston and Gulf Coast region as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience in Texas foodservice markets strongly preferred
