Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will support our office by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Support various departments in administrative tasks, including HR, finance, and operations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and clients
  • Maintain office supplies and handle general office maintenance
  • Assist in creating and managing business documents and records
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the real estate, business brokerage, or immigration services industry is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
