Event Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Sales Manager! Aid in driving event sales, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the successful execution of events.

This role is based out of the Houston Metro area and must be able to be on-site at various locations in the U.S. for events and conferences. Create your profile to apply and be considered for this opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events.
• Collaborate closely with the events team to coordinate every detail of events, covering logistics, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to guarantee seamless event execution.
• Conduct presentations and site tours for prospective clients, highlighting event spaces and available services.
• Prepare and assist in presenting tailored sales proposals, contracts, and budgets to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to spot new business opportunities and refine service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in event sales or management, ideally within a hospitality or venue environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
