We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented <\/span>Entry -Level Construction Project Coordinator<\/span><\/b> to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin or advance their career in the construction industry while gaining hands -on experience supporting construction projects from planning through completion. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.<\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Assist project managers with day -to -day coordination of construction projects.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and task tracking.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Help monitor project progress and report updates or potential issues to the project team.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and meeting notes.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist with site visits to observe construction activities and help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Help identify, document, and escalate issues that arise during the construction process.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • ssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field <\/span>OR<\/span><\/b> relevant internship, coursework, or hands -on construction experience.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Basic understanding of construction processes, terminology, and jobsite practices (training provided).<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Procore or scheduling software is a plus.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work well in a team -oriented environment while also handling tasks independently.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the role
