Position: Engineering Administrator Assistant
Location: Houston, TX 77064 or Relocation required (onsite)
Main function
  • The Engineering Administrator is responsible for the full range of daily administrative tasks within the Product & Process Engineering department.
  • The Engineering Administrator is responsible for checking incoming freight invoices, submitting them for payment, and managing invoice-related claims.
  • The Engineering Administrator is responsible for maintaining communication with external service providers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • The Engineering Administrator is responsible for administrative tasks related to product specifications and work instructions.
  • The Engineering Administrator is responsible for maintaining working time records for the Product & Process Engineering department.
  • The Engineering Administrator is responsible for carrying out document archiving tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Engineering Administrator maintains accurate and timely administration in compliance with deadlines.
  • The Engineering Administrator operates the SAP system at a user level.
  • The Engineering Administrator maintains continuous cooperation with their professional supervisor and executes their instructions.
  • The Engineering Administrator supports the activities of the Senior Manager, Product & Process Engineering.
Requirements:
  • Secondary school diploma (high school graduation)
  • User-level knowledge of computer applications
  • Basic knowledge of the English language
  • Good organizational skills, logical thinking, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
