The selected candidate will be responding directly to active residential fires, engaging with homeowners at the scene, and securing signed restoration work. This is a high -impact role requiring empathy, confidence, and proven performance in the fire restoration space.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span>Respond rapidly to residential fire losses across the Houston metro area.

<\/span>Build trust with homeowners during moments of emotional distress.

<\/span>Clearly explain the restoration process and help initiate claims and recovery steps.

<\/span>Secure signed work authorizations across multiple service lines.

<\/span><\/li>

<\/div>
<\/span>Leverage real -time fire alerts and maintain relationships with local fire departments.

<\/span>Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless job handoff.

Track fire activity, job volume, and signed service line revenue.

Ideal Candidate:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/b>Minimum 1 year<\/span><\/b> of experience capturing fire restoration work, producing <\/span>$1M–$5M in annual revenue<\/span><\/b>.

<\/span>Background as a <\/span>firefighter<\/span><\/b> or strong network within <\/span>local fire departments<\/span><\/b> highly preferred.
