We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Associate – Email & Automation to join our marketing team. This role will focus on managing and executing all email marketing campaigns, building automated workflows, and optimizing client communications through our CRM (HubSpot). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, marketing automation, and CRM tools, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.




Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee, track, and analyze HubSpot statistics from meetings, consultations, and campaign activities
  • Create and manage automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and campaign-specific automations in HubSpot
  • Build and optimize email marketing and SMS campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance analysis
  • Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maximize campaign results
  • Create and maintain basic landing pages in HubSpot or WordPress to support campaigns when necessary
  • Collaborate with the SEO associate and paid acquisition team to establish workflows for each campaign and ensure seamless integration
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including email open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and ROI tracking
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with email/SMS marketing regulations
  • Leverage Zapier and integrations to streamline processes and connect marketing tools
  • Stay up to date on best practices in marketing automation, CRM, and campaign performance optimization.

Function Objectives:

  • Email & SMS Campaign Excellence: Develop, deploy, and optimize high-performing email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, consultations, and client conversions.
  • HubSpot CRM Mastery: Ensure accurate tracking of meetings, consultations, and client interactions within HubSpot while building efficient workflows that enhance lead nurturing and client retention.
  • Workflow & Automation Optimization: Continuously refine HubSpot automations, workflows, and Zapier integrations to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency across all campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the SEO associate and paid acquisition team to design campaign-specific workflows, ensuring seamless alignment across marketing channels.
  • Landing Page Development: Create and maintain simple, conversion-focused landing pages (HubSpot or WordPress) that support lead generation and campaign initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, ROI, etc.) for all campaigns and provide actionable insights to guide marketing strategy.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain clean CRM data and ensure all email/SMS campaigns comply with marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA).
  • Innovation & Growth: Stay current on emerging trends in marketing automation, CRM tools, and campaign strategies, bringing forward recommendations to improve performance.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



  • 2-4-years of experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM (email campaign management, workflows, reporting, and automation)
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier for integrations and workflow automation
  • Proven ability to build, deploy, and optimize email and SMS campaigns
  • Experience creating and maintaining basic landing pages in HubSpot or WordPress
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and ability to track/report campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for email and SMS campaign
  • Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team alignment (SEO, paid acquisition, leadership)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred), with the ability to create and adapt content for both languages
