As an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead the improvement of manufacturing processes, production layouts, and materials flow at the Crossridge Manufacturing Facility.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing common manufacturing processes and Best Practices within plant operations. This position is also responsible for achieving Best Customer Service and Perfect Execution objectives. The objective is to establish and implement common Lean Best Practices via standardize work across all product lines within the facility to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You identify and create the processes necessary to get work done. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions.
