What You'll Do:
You won’t be fetching coffee — you’ll be working on impactful projects that help shape the future of Bray’s products and processes. Interns work cross-functionally across departments, gaining insights into the entire engineering and manufacturing lifecycle.

Expect to:

  • Lead 1–2 key projects focused on real customer needs or internal process improvements
  • Design, test, and validate new components or systems
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality or field issues
  • Research and prototype new materials or product features
  • Participate in and contribute to daily engineering team operations

Sample Projects May Include:

  • Designing custom test equipment for a new valve product
  • Troubleshooting supplier or customer feedback issues
  • Analyzing the performance of Bray vs. competitor products
  • Assisting in prototype development and overseeing validation testing

Who You Are:

  • A sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
  • A strong communicator with a positive attitude, eager to collaborate across teams
  • Curious, driven, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo
  • Adaptable and eager to contribute wherever needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience is a plus
  • Leadership experience in clubs, teams, or projects is valued
