Drywall Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled Drywall Carpenter<\/b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of drywall installation<\/b>, including framing, hanging, finishing, and repairs. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to high -quality craftsmanship<\/b> on commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>

• Measure, cut, and install<\/b> drywall panels on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to specifications and layouts.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Frame walls, soffits, and ceilings<\/b> using metal or wood studs.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Tape, mud, sand, and finish<\/b> drywall surfaces to achieve a smooth, paint -ready finish.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Read and interpret<\/b> blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Repair or replace<\/b> damaged drywall sections as needed.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate<\/b> with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area<\/b> while adhering to company and OSHA safety standards.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience<\/b> as a drywall carpenter or finisher in commercial construction.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong understanding<\/b> of drywall installation techniques, framing, and finishing processes.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to read and follow<\/b> blueprints and layout drawings.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Skilled in using<\/b> hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Physically able<\/b> to lift materials, climb ladders, and work at heights when required.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Reliable transportation<\/b> and a valid Texas Driver’s License.<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Must be available to work 50+ hours per week<\/b> and meet project deadlines.
