Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Transportation & Logistics
Responsibilities:
  • Learn and manage inventory, including picking, checking, counting, and receiving shipments.
  • Drive assigned routes safely and in a timely manner, ensuring accurate deliveries.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Participate in monthly overnight trips to outlying territories (required; shared among drivers).
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including safety and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old (required) and have a valid Texas Driving License
  • Prior warehouse and driving experience preferred.
  • Must pass a drug test and have a fairly clean driving record.
  • Comfortable with long shifts (up to 16 hours as needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to regularly lift packages up to 50lbs
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).
  • Per diem and accommodations provided for overnight trips.
