Are you a friendly person who enjoys helping others? Join our team at Verda Healthcare! We are looking for Chinese-speaking individuals to support our Medicare members. In this role, you will primarily answer phone calls to help our senior members understand their benefits and answer their questions. No prior healthcare experience is neededβ€”just a willingness to learn and help!

What You Will Do:

  • Answer Incoming Calls: Be the friendly voice that helps senior members with questions about their healthcare benefits.
  • Support & Educate: Guide our members through the Medicare process over the phone in a clear and simple way.
  • Provide Great Service: Ensure every caller feels heard, respected, and well taken care of.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bilingual Skills: Must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) . Basic English communication skills are needed to navigate computer systems and understand training.
  • Experience: Some experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Personality: Patience and a friendly attitude are a must! You should enjoy speaking with seniors and helping them feel at ease.
