We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Houston team and play a key role in the success of our operations. In this position, you’ll support aircraft maintenance projects by processing documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring that every detail — from work package creation to customer communication — is accurate, timely, and professional. What You’ll Do

  • Receive, process, and verify work packages and associated job cards for incoming maintenance projects.
  • Use company systems (RPA, SFDC, and Concur) to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Confirm and communicate customer requirements and expectations to technicians, Crew Chiefs, and management.
  • Respond to customer service requests, including work scope and order changes, and ensure updates are communicated appropriately.
  • Enter and update data in word processing and spreadsheet systems; review discrepancies and request clarification as needed.
  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute various reports, updates, and documentation as requested by leadership.
  • Provide back-up support for billing, transactional cost management, invoice resolution, and receptionist duties.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and other administrative functions supporting Houston operations.
  • Represent StandardAero positively in all customer and community interactions.
  • Observe all safety requirements and report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as required.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative or Customer Service Representative experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on-site in a professional office environment.
  • Experience with invoicing, record keeping, and customer relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business systems (fax, copier, multi-line phone systems).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S, without sponsorship.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Aviation or MRO operations experience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Proven teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience supporting aviation maintenance, repair, or operational teams.
