Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to the operations, providing comprehensive account management services for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including transportation, hospitality, property, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure exceptional client service and seamless account management. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually (up to $80,000 for exceptional candidates)
  • 401(k) Plan

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 in revenue and small business commercial lines with premiums between $50,000 and $100,000.
  • Handle end-to-end account management, including renewals, endorsements, marketing, client communication, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines servicing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC or similar software (training provided if experience is with a comparable system).
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with a few weeks of onsite training required initially.
