Legacy Wealth Associates, LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering expert guidance on our financial services.
Manage Client Communications: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely, accurate, and personalized support.
Drive Client Success: Help clients understand and maximize the value of our services as they work toward their financial goals.
Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Stay up to date on our offerings to provide strategic, informed recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
Maintain Accurate Records: Document all client interactions in internal systems to support seamless collaboration and long-term relationship management.
At least 1 year experience in client account management, client success, or a related client-facing role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, client-first service
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to obtain required licenses within two weeks of onboarding
