  • Lead with Heart: Balance nurturing care and classroom structure to meet every child’s needs.
  • Build Connections: Form meaningful relationships with children and families through open communication and shared milestones.
  • Collaborate & Create: Partner with teammates who share your energy, ideas, and passion for early learning.
  • Make an Impact: Help shape the culture, environment, and magic of a brand-new school community.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a licensed preschool setting
  • At least 18 years old
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA certification
  • 5–10 years in licensed childcare or 2–3 years in a Montessori environment

Why You’ll Love Working at Kïdo

  • People-First Culture: We listen, support, and help you thrive.
  • Career Growth: Tuition reimbursement, paid training, and professional development plans.
  • Work-Life Balance: Competitive pay, 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick time, paid holidays — plus your birthday off!
  • Family Perks: Free preschool tuition for your own children (18 months–5 years).
