Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool
- At least 18 years old
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
- CDA certification AND 5–10 years experience in a licensed childcare setting OR
- 2–3 years experience in a Montessori program
