Basic Function – Day-to-day management of all-Valet locations ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations, and promoting a professional image and approach to the business. Field-driven, strong working knowledge of computer applications and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participates and implements programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engages in the development of property level financial and operational goals in the Valet revenue system TEZ.
• Manages day-to-day activities and operations across IAH and HOU Valet.
• Schedule and deploy staff based on demand, volume, and location needs.
• Manages the valet team in all aspects including staffing, hiring, onboarding, personnel performance issues, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolves any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences.
• Assists the valet team in all areas where needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of leadership experience across field operations, transportation, and customer service sectors.
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, mobile dispatch tools, reporting systems).
• Comfortable managing multiple locations and mobile teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Airport or parking operations experience a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on the location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends and holidays may be required.
• Must pass background check, MVR check, drug screening and HAS badging process.
Key Metrics / KPIs:
• Staff coverage compliance by location and shift.
• Daily assistance volume and service response times.
• Positive customer feedback trends.
• Reduction in unresolved incidents or dispatch escalations.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent walking through parking structures and terminal zones.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; and use hands to handle cash and equipment.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
