Our Commitment to Privacy
Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine
quality services with integrity in dealing with our users. The Policy is

Active Information You Choose to Provide
In order to gain use of the site (become a “user”), we require you to disclose
some or all of the following information: Name, Company Name (if registering as
a company), Address, Email Address or phone number. Since The Job Board Group,
Inc. is a career website, we provide you with three options regarding the
posting of your resume public, confidential or private. Employers may choose to
make their job posting confidential by choosing the hide company and/or contact
information option. We cannot be held responsible if the information is
disclosed on our website through tampering or software failure.
Please note that once you post any of your personal information, such
information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control.
We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you
post. We attempt to limit access to searchable resume database to paying
customers, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this
information therefore we are not responsible for the unauthorized use of this
information by unauthorized users.
Job Seekers: You may remove your resume or delete your profile from our
searchable database at any time. However, employers, recruiters who have paid
for access to the database, and other parties who have otherwise gained access
to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or
databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes
in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties
while resumes are in the database.
You may review, edit, update, inactivate or delete your user account profile at
anytime. Simply login into your user account, go to your User Profile, and
choose which option is needed to change your user/account profile.
Employers: You may remove your job listing from our searchable database at any
time. However, job seekers who have access to the database, and other parties
who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of
your available job listings. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or
privacy of job listings.
Active Information If You Make a Purchase
If you purchase Job Postings or Advertisements, The Job Board Group, Inc.
collects your name, billing address, billing phone number, email and credit
card information. The Job Board Group Inc. uses such information only for
processing your order and to contact you via email to acknowledge receipt of
order and pending expiration of purchases made. Your credit card number is not
stored on this site.
We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the transmission of the
information you submit to us when you use our secure online forms. The
information you provide to us is stored securely
If you choose to post information on our site or maintain email, mail or
telephone contact with us, we may retain such information also and its
transmission via email is not secured.
Passive Information Collected
